On Monday 17th February after Me and JR enjoyed a rather wet feed run we all piled into the car and headed off nowhere in particular but to just enjoy a drive and the scenery.
We soon picked up signs for Newquay and had a lovely drive out to there, but when we arrived the tiny 3 were all fast asleep in the car and it was still raining. So me and Mr M&TTT decided we would just take a drive around and enjoy the sea views.
We then decided that as the kids were still asleep we’d head towards Padstow and maybe grab some chips at the famous Rick Steins fish and chip shop.
Not long after we arrived in Padstow the rain stopped and the kids woke up so we headed out to see what the fishing village had to offer. It really did not disappoint with its fantastic harbour scenery.

I even gained myself a new friend!

On the way back to the car Mr M&TTT decided to have a look at the menu in the Rick Steins Restaurant and to be honest it was right out of our price range this trip – who knows maybe next time!
