Coombe Mill holiday: feed run on the farm

Last week we were lucky enough to stay at coombe mill . The boys have been really excited ever since we told them.
When we arrived Fiona told the boys that they would be able to ride on the tractor and feed all the animals every morning. They were very excited and kept asking if it was tea and bedtime yet so the morning would come quicker.
The following morning as soon as we were all up, fed washed and dressed we went to meet Farmer Nick and the fed run tractor.

The boys couldn’t wait to get going and loved seeing all the animals, and the mud!

Fiona’s son Guy caught hold of one of the geese

Then JR got to drive the tractor which he hasn’t stopped talking about since!

We then drove up to the fallow deer who amazed all 3 kids.

We then fed Donkeys, ponies and sheep before going to see the rabbits, which were very cute.

  1. I love seeing our farm from someone else’s perspective. It always makes me love our holidays all over again. So pleased you had a lovely time and the boys enjoyed the freedom and fun of the farm.

    • Thank you they had so much fun Jackson couldn’t wait to tell his teachers all about it this morning. And Tyler asked if once Jackson was in school we could visit farmer Nick and Fiona for the day
