So the time has come to hand the keys in on my lovely (but small) 2 bedroom studio apartmentflat.
This was our 1st family home, we moved in when JR was 6 months old, up until then although we were married we lived with my parents. We were the 1st people ever to live there, it was a new build and the builders hadn’t been able to sell it so a housing association brought the remaining blocks one of which was ours.
Okay so our flat was small, okay so it had no garden but it was our family home and it was certainly big enough for us.
That is until our family grew into a family of 5, then it went from small to tiny.
Now we have moved into a private rented gorgeous 3 bedroom ex-council house with front and back garden and driveway, I am so happy to be moved, I am so happy that the kids have somewhere safe to play outside. Now if only the boxes were self sorting all would be perfect, as it is they’re not, so I better crack on with unpacking, and make this new house our home.
